With over 15 years of experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry, I bring a deep understanding of food, wine, and elevated guest experiences to every private dining event.
I hold two professional wine certifications and spent more than six years as a winery tasting room manager. During that time, I developed a refined understanding of wine regions, varietals, and food pairing principles, while guiding guests toward wines that enhance and elevate their dining experience.
From pairing bold red wines with slow-braised short ribs to selecting crisp whites for fresh seafood or curating bottles for multi-course tasting menus, each pairing is intentionally designed to create balance, depth, and a memorable dining experience.
